<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ________ <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE amending and closing the special construction fund entitled “Police Impound Yard - <br />Additions and Alterations”, Fund 342, Program 033, as established by Ordinance No. 3808-21. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The City Council recognizes the need to expand the Police Impound Yard located at 4015 Railway <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />B. The City Council recognizes the need to improve the lighting and security of the Police Impound <br />Yard. <br /> <br />C. The City Council recognizes the need for a vehicle garage for the processing of evidence. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3808-21 which reads as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of $380,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 033, “Police Impound Yard - <br />Additions and Alterations”. <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br />Construction $380,000 <br />Total $380,000 <br /> <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />CIP 1 $380,000 <br />Total $380,000 <br /> <br />C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br />expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re- <br />appropriation. <br /> <br /> <br />Be and the same is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of $385,357 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 033, “Police Impound Yard - <br />Additions and Alterations”
