The Property includes the following parcel of real property in <br /> Snohomish County: <br /> • 00438610400600 <br /> Enclosure B includes a legal description of the Property. Enclosure C includes a detailed description <br /> and diagrams of the Site and the Property. <br /> Site Description <br /> This opinion applies to only the Site described in this section.The Site is defined by the nature and <br /> extent of contamination associated with the following release: <br /> • Arsenic, lead, and cadmium into the Soil. <br /> Enclosure C includes the Site description, history, and diagrams. <br /> Please note that releases from multiple sites can affect a parcel of real property. This Property is <br /> located within the boundary of the Everett Smelter site (Ecology facility 2744). This opinion does not <br /> apply to the Everett Smelter site or any other sites that may affect the Property. <br /> Basis for the Opinion <br /> This opinion is based on the information contained in the documents listed in Enclosure D.
