* THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That there be and hereby is levied upon the real and personal property in the City of Everett, subject to taxation herein, a general property tax for municipal purposes for the ensuing year, commencing January 1 , 1934, in the sum of $434,659.52. Section 2: Said taxes shall be apportioned to the var- ious funds of said City for the year as follows: General Current Expense Fund $188,159.43 Library Fund 17,406.34 Park Fund 14,964.00 C. P. A. & R. Fund 2,244.75 Judgment & Claim Fund 1,870.50 Park Bond Sinking Fund 7,482.34 Park Bond Interest Fund 2,750.00 L. I. D. Guaranty Fund 22,447.59 City Hall Bond Fund, Principal 8,979.007 City Hall Bond Fund, Interest 7,4 2.34 General Water Bond Fund No. 1, Principal 44,895.21 General Water Bond Fund No. 1, Interest 37,412.50 General Water Bond Fund No. 2, Principal 18,706.00 General Water Bond Fund No. 2, Interest 37,412.50 Firemen's Relief & Pension Fund 7,482.34 City Hall Construction Warrants 7,482.34 Water Construction Warrants 2,482.34 Total $434,659.52 Section 3: That the City Clerk be, and hereby is, di- rected to certify to the County Assessor, a copy of this Ordin- ance in order that the same may be extended upon the general assessment roll of the said County in the same manner and at the same time that the levy for State and County purposes is ex- tended. Section 4: That said taxes shall be collected and paid into the City Treasury at the time and in the manner provided by the laws of the State of Washington relating to collections of taxes in Cities of the first class. Section 5: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con- flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
