. s <br /> parlor, except those having a definite partition where women may enter, <br /> and no men shall enter this special partition unless accompanied by <br /> (nor shall any waitress be employed by any beer and wine parlor) <br /> a woman/ This does not apply to places handling beer and/or wine un- <br /> der license where such beer and wine is not consumed on the premises, <br /> nor to restaurants where beer and/or wine iserved. <br /> SCREENS AND BOXES. <br /> Section 10: It shall be unlawful to have any screen or boot- <br /> black stand or other obstruction in front of any beer and wine parlor, <br /> and during the time when any beer and wine parlors are required to be <br /> closed under the provisions of this Ordinance , all screens and curtains <br /> shall be removed so that any person upon the sidewalk may obtain an <br /> unobstructed view of the interior of said beer and wine parlor. <br /> DUPE WAITERS AND STAIRWAYS. <br /> Section 14: It shall be unlawful for any retail licensed beer <br /> end winetpatioiuto pe liit any dumb% waiter, stairway or passageway <br /> (or Class B estaurant) <br /> therefrom, leading from a beer and wine parlor/to places where intox- <br /> icating liquors are sold, or to a room or rooms overhead or downstairs <br /> or any other place, for the purpose of selling beer and/or wine therein. <br /> CHANGING LOCATIONS. <br /> Section 11: Any licensed beer and wine dealer of the City of <br /> Tverett , where said beer and / or wine is consumed on the premises, who <br /> desires to change his ..place of business from one location to another, <br /> shall file his application therefor, with the City Clerk of the City <br /> of Everett and thereupon, notice of such application or transfer shall <br /> be give4, and the same proceedings had thereon as in the case of the <br /> granting of the original license. <br /> SALES TO CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED. <br /> section 0: It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or give <br /> any beer and/or wine to the following persons: <br /> (a) All habitual drunkards who have been adjudged so by the or- <br /> der of any competent jurisidiction. <br /> (b) All persons under the age of 21 years, Indians, or persons <br /> of unsound mind. <br /> r. 6 - <br />
