<br /> An Ordinance designating the names of Streets , in Blocks 15 and 17,
<br /> in Central Park Addition to Everett, Washington.
<br /> THE CITY OF EVERT TT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> Section 1 . That Mermont Place, 4C feet wide , be and is hereby fixed
<br /> and designated as the name of the certain Alley, 30 feet wide in Block 15 ,
<br /> Central Park Addition to the City of Everett, that lies Westerly and ad-
<br /> jacent to lots 44 to 70 inclusive , Block 15, Central Park Addition and
<br /> now includes the Westerly ten feet of those lots 44 to 70 inclusive, Block
<br /> 15, Central Park Addition to Everett, deeded for street purposes , as re-
<br /> corded in Volume 227, Page 203, 204 and 205, Records of Snohomish County
<br /> At Everett, adashington.
<br /> Section 2• That Maryland Avenue, 40 feet wide, be and is hereby
<br /> fixed and designated as the name of the certain Alley, 23 feet wide in
<br /> Block 15, Central Park Addition to the City of Everett , that lies South
<br /> of and adjacent to lots 1 to 13 inclusive , Block 15, Central Park Addi-
<br /> tion to Everett , and now includes the South 10 feet of lots 1 to 13 in-
<br /> clusive , and that part of lots 14, 15 and 70, Block 15, Central Park
<br /> Addition to Everett , deeded for street purposes as recorded in Volume
<br /> 227, Page 202 and 205, Records of Snohomish County at Everett, Washington.
<br /> Section 3. That Carlton Road , 40 feet wide, be and is hereby fixed
<br /> ,_end designated as the name of the certain Alley, 16 feet wide in Block
<br /> 17, Central Park Addition to the City of Everett , that lies Westerly and
<br /> adjacent to lots 23 to 41 inclusive , Block 17, Central Park Addition to
<br /> Everett , and now includes the Westerly 24 feet of said lots 23 to 41 in-
<br /> clusive , Block 17, Central Park Addition to Everett, deeded for street
<br /> purposes as recorded in Volume 256, page 387, Records of Snohomish County
