An Ordinance providing for the rescinding and re-establishing of new grade on Colby Avenue in the City of Everett , from a point 190 feet South of the South Property Line of 41st Street to North Property Line of 43d Street; WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett has determined and hereby does determine that public necessity demands that the grade of Colby Avenue , from a point 190 feet South of the South Property Line of 41st Street to North Property Line of 43d Street, be rescinded and re-established; now therefore, THE CITY OF E VERE1 1' DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the grade line between a point 190 feet South of the South Property Line of 41st Street to Center line of 42nd Street, as estab- lished in Amended Ordinance No. 1018, L.I.D. No . 198, and also from center line of 42nd Street to North Property Line of 43d Street, as established in Ordinance No. 1089, be and herewith is rescinded and the following grade Elevations be established for the new grade . Beginning at South Property Line of 41st Street Elevation 303 .25 South 40' from South Property Line of 41st Street Elevation 303 .58 South 90' from South Property Line of 41st Street Elevation 303 .62 South 140' from South Property Line of 411 Street Elevation 303.60 South 190' from South Property Line of 41st Street Elevation 303 .42 North Property Line of 43d Street Elevation 301.00 Section 2. The curb grade lines herein established shall be the unvary- ing constants between South Property Line of 41st Street and North Property Line of 43d Street. Section 3 . The Elevations established by this Ordinance are the number of feet mentioned above the datum plane of the City of Everett as established by Ordinance No. 101 of said City .
