cars, etc. , providing, however, that the minimum fee for any circus, menagerie or trained animal show, shall be One Hundred and Fifty ($150.00) Dollars . For each sideshow conducted by such circus, for which a separate admission is charged, there shall be an additional license fee of Fifteen (0.5.00) Dollars . For a merry-go-round or a "Joy Wheel" Five ($5.00) Dollars per day for one day or any number of days less than a week. Twenty-five ( 25.00) Dollars per week, not including the first day of the week, commonly called Sunday. No li- cense per day shall be granted for Sunday and it shall be unlawful to operate any merry-go-round or "Joy Wheel" under a weekly license on Sunday. For any other tent show or amusement given under canvas by a traveling ex- hibitor or company, Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars per day; Seventy-five ($75.00) Dol- lars per week, or Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars per month. For each theater, moving picture house, opera house or public hail, the an, nual license fee shall be in the amount equal to twenty (20) cents for each and every seat or chair contained in said place and said license fee shall cover all lawful exhibitions or entertainments of any nature given therein during the con- tinuance of said license; provided, however, that the license fee to be paid by any such theater, moving picture house, opera house or public hall shall not in any one year exceed the sum of Two Hundred ($200 .00) Dollars. For each wrestling exhibition or boxing tournament wherein any boxing or sparring match or public boxing or sparring is carried on, the license shall be $10.00 per exhibition or 0.00.00 per annum. For shooting gallery, archery and other devices of a similar nature, Twenty-five ( 25.00) Dollars per year. For a skating rink, Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars per year, payable annually; provided, however, that it shall be unlawful to operate any such rink under any license on Sunday. For a miniature golf course , Thirty-five ($35.00) Dollars per year, payable annually in advance . For all other exhibitions or public entertainments or amusements not herein- before specified, the license fee shall be $10.00 per day payable each day in ad- vance . -5-
