<br />City of Everett <br />3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 12 of 14 <br /> <br />Task 5.3 Conceptual Design Report <br />The Consultant will develop a Conceptual Design Report and associated package for ECOLOGY <br />review and acceptance. <br /> <br />City of Everett’s Responsibilities <br />1. City will provide input and review comments on the draft and final Report within the <br />agreed upon schedule. <br />2. Review Conceptual Design Report prior to submittal to Ecology. <br />3. Upload Conceptual Design Report and files for Ecology review. <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />o Design figures will be reduced to 11x17 inches in size and be legible. <br />o The Report will include a summary for each Regional Facility (up to 5) and will <br />include the following information: <br />1. Sizing of Stormwater Features - Estimate size of regional facilities for <br />treatment and flow control. <br />2. The existing conditions and recommended conceptual design strategy for <br />stormwater conveyance modifications, regional facilities, and shared spaces. <br />Identify areas where the typical strategy will be modified to address physical <br />site constraints. <br />3. Identify subsurface variation with potential impacts to the site <br />recommendations and provide a brief description of subsurface testing needed <br />to complete the design. <br />4. Design Exhibits - Concept level exhibits based available on GIS and aerial <br />data of the design strategy in both plan and schematic cross-section views. <br />5. Refine Cost Estimate – Refine the cost estimate to address any changes <br />identified during the development of the conceptual design. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />· Draft Conceptual Design Report for City and Ecology review. <br />· Final Conceptual Design Report with a formal response to Ecology comments. <br /> <br />Task 5 Regional Stormwater Facility Plan <br /> <br />The purpose of this task is to prepare a regional Stormwater Facility Plan meeting the <br />requirements of EMC 14.28.070. <br /> <br />Task 5.1 Regional Facility Plan document <br />Prepare a document summarizing the purpose of the regional facility plan, how it was prepared <br />and how it should be implemented. This can draw on the study, but needs to be the document
