Section 5. Said city treasurer shall not, nor shall any city employee, make <br /> public the name of any savings or investor depositor, nor give any information <br /> as to the amount of any deposit nor as to who may have made any savings or in- <br /> vestment deposit or purchased any bond or warrant, except as required by the duly <br /> accredited authorities, but said city treasurer shall semi-annually publish a <br /> statement showing the total amount of all sales of bonds and warrants, and all <br /> balances on hand, and shall file a monthly report with the city clerk showing <br /> total deposits, sales and balances . Said city clerk shall make and file an <br /> audit of the aforesaid deposits, sales and balances every three months . <br /> Section 6 . The sum of one hundred fifty ( 150) dollars is hereby appro- <br /> priated out of the general fund for use in the purchase of books and needed sup- <br /> plies for the keeping of accounts and records for said plan or system for savings <br /> and investment deposits, and for such advertising as may be deemed advisable to <br /> acquaint savings and investment depositors with the plan or system of the City <br /> of Everett for savings and investment deposits and investments in the bonds and <br /> warrants of the City of Everett . <br /> Section 7 . If any part of this ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid <br /> or unconstitutional, such adjudication of invalidity shall not affect the vali- <br /> dity or constitutionality of any part not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional . <br /> Section 8.
