ORDINANCE NO. 2563. <br /> An Ordinance amending certain paragraphs in Section One of Ordinance <br /> No . 2554, said section relating to the salaries of various officers, depu- <br /> ties, assistants and employees of the City of Everett, Washington, said <br /> amended paragraphs applying to the salaries of employees in the City Attor- <br /> ney's department and the City Hall department, and repealing any or all <br /> parts and portions of Ordinances or any Ordinance in conflict therewith, <br /> and declaring an emergency . <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That certain paragraphs relating to the employees in the <br /> City Attorney's department and the City Hall department cf Section One of <br /> Ordinance No. 2554 be and the same hereby are amended to read as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> City Attorney <br /> City Attorney - $200.00 per month. <br /> Stenographer to City Attorney - $50 .00 per month. <br /> City Hall <br /> City Hall Janitor - 100.00 per month. <br /> Extra City Hall Janitor - $90.00 per month. <br /> Section 2: That the paragraphs relating to the City Attorney's de- <br /> partment and the City Hall department of Section One , of Ordinance No. 2554, <br /> and all parts or portions of Ordinances or any Ordinance in conflict here- <br /> with, are hereby repealed . <br /> Section 3: An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance, <br /> being necessary for the preservation of the peace , health and safety of the <br /> City of Everett, shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publi- <br /> cation. <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: ),----;4C <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: December 21st1 , 1932 <br /> Published: December 22nd , 1932. <br />
