Please note the following comments are not a thorough plan check review and they only address larger zoning <br /> compliance points and the submittal checklist. Additional comments may be provided by the Building intake reviewer <br /> for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br /> 1. Please provide exterior elevations drawings (north, south, and east elevations). It is difficult to tell from the <br /> plans where the trellis is proposed, which areas of the deck will be covered and uncovered, how tall the deck is <br /> (to the surface and to the roof of the covered areas),and what the decorative screen looks like. <br /> 2. Please note that additions of more than 150sf to a contributing structure to the historic overlay require <br /> historical commission review per EMC 19.28.080. 1 am also linking the historic guidelines here. It is unlikely that <br /> we would consider an uncovered deck an addition, but the elevation drawings will help clarify this. <br /> The permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any <br /> revised documents/plans. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
