0 <br /> MacDonald#KT7, -Miller <br /> FACILITY SOLUTIONS <br /> TAB REPORT SUMMARY <br /> BRIGHT HORIZONS EVERETT <br /> JOB #: 73234146 <br /> 1) General Notes <br /> a) HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing was completed on 7.3.2023. <br /> b) Work was performed in accordance with NEBB procedural standards. <br /> c) Design information was obtained from the mechanical drawings, submittals, specifications, or shop <br /> drawings as available. <br /> d) Outlet volumetric flow rates were measured by use of a calibrated Flow Hood,Rotating Vane <br /> Anemometer(RVA)or Air Data Multimeter(ADM)with appropriate accessory. <br /> e) Motors of fans which do not list PF (power factor) or EFF (efficiency)ratings on their nameplate had <br /> its associated fan's BHP (Brake Horsepower) approximated by using a nominal 0.9 PF AND 0.8 EFF <br /> in the BHP calculation. Actual BHP's may vary slightly in this condition. <br /> 2) Scope of work <br /> a) Test,Adjust and Balance of HVAC equipment. <br /> b) Documentation of any deficiencies and to provide a certified balance report. <br /> 3) Description of the Systems <br /> a) 1 new Greenheck make-up air unit system that serves the Kitchen 121 area. <br /> b) 1 new Greenheck electric duct heater unit that serves the make-up air system. <br /> 4) TAB Procedures Summarized <br /> a) The rotating equipment was tested for proper rotation and operation. <br /> b) All readings were obtained using a calibrated instrument. <br /> c) Fan speed adjustments were made as necessary to obtain design airflow quantities. <br /> d) See report for specific settings to achieve design criteria. <br /> Project Manager: Rob Painter <br /> Field Technician: Darrin Williams <br /> Page 6 <br />
