September 6, 2023 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., September 6, <br />2023, by President Stonecipher. <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Fosse, Rhyne, Zarlingo, <br />Tuohy, and Stonecipher were present. Council Members Schwab was excused, and Council <br />Member Vogeli was expected to be a few minutes late. <br />Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Council Member Rhyne read the land acknowledgement. <br />The minutes of the August 30, 2023, City Council meeting were approved. <br />MAYOR’S COMMENTS <br />Mayor Franklin reminded everyone to drive safely during back-to-school week. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following people spoke: Jeramy Olson. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Council comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br />Council Member Vogeli arrived at 6:36 p.m. <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provided an update on utilizing Project Labor <br />Agreements for the PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer Improvements project.
