A 1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2556 <br /> An Ordinance providing for the establishing of the grade of Grand Avenue <br /> from the south line of 36th Street to the north line of 41st Street; <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of Everett has determined and hereby does deter: <br /> mine that public necessity demands that the grade of Grand Avenue , from the south <br /> line of 36th Street to the north line of 41st Street, be established, now, there- <br /> Lore , <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. That the grade of Grand Avenue , from the south line of 36th <br /> Street to the north line of 41st Street, be established as the following elevations : <br /> At its intersection with the south line of 36th Street, 270.00 feet; at a <br /> point 548 feet southerly from the south line of 36th Street, said distance mea- <br /> sured on the center line of Grand Avenue, as determined by vacation Ordinance No . <br /> 2555, 279.6 feet; at the north line of 38th Street, 290.00 feet; at the south line <br /> of 38th Street, 290.68 feet; at the north line of 39th Street, 298.20 feet; at the <br /> south line of 39th Street 299 .1? feet; at the north line of 41st Street, 313.8 <br /> feet. <br /> Section 2. The grade lines herein established shall be the unvarying con- <br /> stants between each intersection, and all such elevations are curb elevations at <br /> said intersections. <br /> Section 3.
