• • 2552. ORDINANCE NC . . An Ordinance creating and establishing Fire Zones in the City of Everett, re- pealing Ordinance No . 2511. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the entire City of Everett is hereby declared to be and is hereby established a Fire District and said Fire District shall be known and desig- nated as Fire Zones No. One, No . Two and No. Three, and shall include the following described portions of the City of Everett. FIRE ZONE No . 1 Beginning at the intersection of the center line of California Street with the center line of the alley between Grand and Rucker; thence east along the center line of California Street to the center line of Rucker Avenue; thence north along the center line of Rucker Avenue to a point 175 feet north of the north line of Calif- ornia Street; thence east parallel to and 175 feet north of the north line of Calif- ornia to the center line of the alley between Hoyt and Colby; thence north along the center line of the alley between Hoyt and Colby to the center line of 26th Street; thence east along the center line of 26th Street to the center line of the alley between Colby and Wetmore; thence south along the center line of the alley between Colby and etmore to the center line of California Street; thence east along the center line of California Street to the center line of Lombard Avenue; thence south along the center line of Lombard Avenue to a point 170 feet north of the center line of Hewitt Avenue; thence east parallel to and 170 feet north of the center line of Hewitt Avenue to the center line of Broadway; thence south along the center line of Broadway to a point 170 feet south of the center line of Hewitt Avenue; thence west parallel to and 170 feet south of the center line of Hewitt Avenue to the center line of the alley between Wetmore Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue; thence south along the center line of the alley between Wetmore and Rockefeller to the center line of Wall Street; thence east along the center line of Wall Street to the center line of Rocke- feller Avenue; thence south along the center line of Rockefeller Avenue to the center line of Pacific Avenue; thence west along the center line of Pacific Avenue to the center line of the alley in Block 718, Plat of Everett , produced southerly; thence north along said center line of the alley in Block 718, Plat of Everett , to the cen- ter line of Wall Street; thence west along the center line of Wall Street to the center line of Hoyt Avenue; thence north along the center line of Hoyt Avenue to a -1-
