4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2547 <br /> An ordinance fixing the amount of the bond to be <br /> given by the city treasurer of Everett, amending or repealing <br /> all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith as. <br /> to amount of such bond, and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. That the city treasurer of Everett shall give <br /> bond to the city of Everett for the faithful performance of his <br /> duty in the sum of fifty thousand ($50,000.00) dollars. <br /> Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances <br /> in conflict with this ordinance, only as to the fixing amount <br /> of bond for the city treasurer of Everett, are hereby amended <br /> or repealed. <br /> Section 3.
