Effective <br /> January 1,1932. <br /> Rules and Regulations. <br /> Service mains will be constructed by the Company <br /> from its feeder mains to the property line of appli- <br /> cant for service,if the application has been accepted <br /> by the Company,provided however,that where extraordinary <br /> construction expense would be required to serve an appli- <br /> cant,advance payment of an amount to be agreed upon, <br /> shall be required of the applicant to cover such extra- <br /> ordinary construction expense. <br /> Interior piping of the customer's premises shall be <br /> installed to permit metering of all condensate originat- <br /> ing on the premises and shall be equipped with pressure <br /> reducing valve designed to operate within original press- <br /> ure limits of the company's mains in the area in which <br /> the premises are located.Safety relief valves set at not <br /> to exceed 15 pounds pressure shall also be installed on <br /> the reduced pressure side of the customer's system. <br /> Condensate shall be passed through cooling coil or <br /> heat exchanger with sufficient cooling area to reuce <br /> condensate temperature to a maximum of 150 degrees before <br /> being discharged into the meter. <br /> No open jet service will be furnished except under <br /> special contract and all heating equipment shall be trapped <br /> to permit metering of condensate ,and all condensate piping <br /> shall be kept in good condition to prevent leaking. <br /> Service will be furnished only under the terms of the <br /> Application For Service attached hereto and by this ref- <br /> erence made a part of the Rules and Regulations of the <br /> City steam Heating Company of Everett,within the business <br /> district of Everett. <br />
