Service mains will be constructed by the Company from its feeder mains to the property line of appli- cant for service,if the application has been accepted by the Company,provided however,that where extraordinary construction expense would be required to serve an appli- cant,advance payment of an amount to be agreed upon, shall be required of the applicant to cover such extra- ordinary construction expense. Interior piping of the customer's premises shall be installed to permit metering of all condensate originat- ing on the premises and shall be equipped with pressure reducing valve designed to operate within original press- ure limits of the company's mains in the area in which the premises are located.Safety relief valves set at not to exceed 15 pounds pressure shall also be installed on the reduced pressure side of the customer's system. Condensate shall be passed through cooling coil or heat exchanger with sufficient cooling area to reuce condensate temperature to a maximum of 150 degrees before being discharged into the meter. No open jet service will be furnished except under special contract and all heating equipment shall be trapped to permit metering of condensate ,and all condensate piping shall be kept in good condition to prevent leaking. Service will be furnished only under the terms of the Application For Service attached hereto and by this ref- erence made a part of the Rules and Regulations of the City steam Heating Company of Everett,within the business district of Everett.
