Project will improve safety and sanitation of the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Eligible expenses: <br /> <br />Supplies and materials <br />Wages <br />Equipment rentals <br />Contract labor (<10k per contractor) <br />Capital expenses (less than 10k per item) <br /> <br /> <br />Funds will be distributed on a reimbursement basis. Grantee to submit payment <br />request form (Exhibit 7) and paid receipts of eligible expenses for review by the City. <br /> <br />All reimbursements subject to federal debarment check and approval from City <br />finance director. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
