• • District No. 514 , which district khall include the following des- cribed property, to-wit : Lots 12 to 22, Inclusive, Block 2, Central Park Addition Lots 1 to 11, inclusive, Block 3, Central Park Addition Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, Block 21, Re-plat South Park Addition Lots 5 to 8, inclusive, Block 22, Re-plat South Park Addition lot 2, Block 25, Re-plat South Park Addition. Lot 1, Block 26, Re-plat South Park Addition. Section 4: A special fund is hereby coated to be called Local Im- provement District Fund # 510 , which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several lots tracts and parcels of land in said Local Improvement District end the proceeds of the sale of all of the bonds of said district for the purpose of defraying the cost and expense of such improvement . Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement . Section 5: The cost and expense of such improvement shall be defray- ed by special assessments, payable in ten equal,annual installments, with interest thereon at the rate of per cent per annum under the mode of "Payment by Bonds", as provided by law and the ordinances of said. City. Bonds bearing interest at the rate of samosa per cent per annum, payable on or before twelve years from date of issue shall be issued in paytm:nt of the costs and expenses of such improvement or the City of Everett may at its election sell said bonds aid make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said City.
