• V • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2539 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment <br /> roll of Local Improvement District No. 509 for the improvement of the <br /> center parking strips on Everett Avenue from Broadway Avenue to Rucker <br /> Avenue, by grading, construction of a Portland Cement one-course con- <br /> crete pavement, also making all necessary water main changes from <br /> Broadway Avenue to Rucker Avenue, re-surfacing the Wetmore Avenue in- <br /> terwection with Portland Cement concrete pavement, also making changes <br /> in the Rucker Avenue intersection, necessary to enlarge the curb returns <br /> on the Northeast and Southeast corners and doing all other work neces- <br /> sary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2533 of the <br /> City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the <br /> several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said. Roll, provid- <br /> ing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the <br /> issuance thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Im- <br /> provenwnt District No. 509 for the improvement of the center parking <br /> strips on Everett Avenue from Broadway Avenue to Rucker Avenue, by <br /> grading, construction of a Portland Cement one-course concrete pavement, <br /> also making all necessary water main changes from Broadway Avenue to <br /> Rucker Avenue , re-surfacing the Wetmore Avenue intersection with Port- <br /> land Cement concrete pavement, also making changes in the Rucker Avenue <br /> intersection, necessary to enlarge the curb returns on the Northeast <br /> and Southeast corners and doing all other work necessary to make a <br /> complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2533 of the City of Everett, <br /> as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved <br /> and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or <br /> other property shown on said Roll is hereby declared to be specially <br /> benefited in at least the anount charged against the same and that the <br />
