• V • ORDINANCE NO. 2539 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 509 for the improvement of the center parking strips on Everett Avenue from Broadway Avenue to Rucker Avenue, by grading, construction of a Portland Cement one-course con- crete pavement, also making all necessary water main changes from Broadway Avenue to Rucker Avenue, re-surfacing the Wetmore Avenue in- terwection with Portland Cement concrete pavement, also making changes in the Rucker Avenue intersection, necessary to enlarge the curb returns on the Northeast and Southeast corners and doing all other work neces- sary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2533 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said. Roll, provid- ing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof.
