.S <br /> 4. . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2534 <br /> AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley in Block 6, Central Park <br /> Addition from the ;oath line of Lot 31 Northerly to the Easterly <br /> line of the Pacific -Eighway in the City of Everett, Snohomish <br /> County, Washington, <br /> AREAS, th,a, owners of more thart two-thirds o f the private <br /> property abutting upon the part of the alley herein sought to be <br /> vacated, duly filed their petition with the City Council of the City <br /> of Everett praying for the vacation of said portion of said alley and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Council of said City did by Resolution duly adop- <br /> ted fix September 22, 1931, at the hour of 10:30 o'clock a. m. in <br /> the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Everett as the <br /> time and placeffor the hearing on said petition, and, <br /> WHEREAs, due ;and legal notice of the time and pl ac,e of said <br /> heating and determination of said petition has been duly given by <br /> the City Clerk of said City as required by law and, <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing no person <br /> appeared or objected and no objections of any kind were made to the <br /> granting of said petition, and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council that said petition <br /> should be granted and said City Council does hereby determine to <br /> vacate said portion of said alley above described:. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVEERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> section 1: That the alley in Block 6, Central Park Addition, <br /> from the South line of Lot 31, Northerly to the Easterly line of the <br /> Pacific Highway in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, be and the <br /> _ same is hereby vacated and the title to the land in said portion of <br /> said alley above described is hereby declared to vest in the abutting <br /> property owner as provided by law. <br /> ATTEST May or <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: October 13th, 1931. <br /> Published: October 15th, 1931 . <br />
