<br /> ORDINANCE NO, 2530
<br /> AN ORDINANCO vacating the following portion of a street, to-wit:
<br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner, Lot 79, Forest Park
<br /> Additi on, Division A, to Everett ; thence west along the
<br /> North line of said Lot 79, a distance of 25 feet; thence
<br /> North 16 feet more or less to an intersection with the
<br /> South boundary of the 60 foot highway right-of*-gray, as
<br /> determined by Snohomish County Survey No. 653; thence
<br /> following said highway right-of-way Northeasterly along
<br /> burve to left to an intersection with East Boundary of
<br /> Lot 79, produced North; thence south 23 feet more or less
<br /> to the Northeast corner of Lot 79, the point of beginning.
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private Tr op-
<br /> erty abutting upon the port ion of street herein sought to be- vacated,
<br /> duly filed petition with the City Council of the City of Everett, pray-
<br /> ing for the vacation of said portion of street , and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of said city, by Resolution, duly adop-
<br /> ted, fixed the 30th day of July, 1931, at the hour of 10: 30 o' clock a.m.
<br /> of said day for the hearing and determination of said petit ion, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of the hear-
<br /> ing and determination of said petition has been duly given by the City
<br /> Clerk of said city, as required by law, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing no person
<br /> appeared or objected and no objections of any kind were made to the
<br /> granting of said petition, and,
<br /> WuCREAS, it appearing to the City Council that said petition should
<br /> be granted, the said City Council does hereby determine to vacate said
<br /> portion of street, now, therefore,
<br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAm:
<br /> That all of that part of the following described portion of street ,
<br /> to-wit
<br /> Beginning at:h.the Northeast corner, Lot 79, Forest Park
<br /> Addition, Division A, to Everett; thence west along the
<br /> North line of said Lot 79, a distance of 25 feet; thence
<br /> north 16, feet more or less t o an intersection with the
