ri • r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2529 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessments and as- <br /> sessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 508 for the improve- <br /> ment of Colby Avenue from 23rd Street to Pacific Avenue by the <br /> removal` of old wood block pavement and sand cushion, repairing old <br /> concrete base where necessary, construction of six-inch one-course <br /> Portland Cement concrete pavement, full width between curbs, in- <br /> stallation of necessary drainage, repairing curbs and walks where <br /> necessary, making necessary water main changes and doing all of <br /> the work on the entire district necessary to make a complete im <br /> provement under Ordinance No. 2518; of the City of Everett, levying <br /> an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts <br /> and parcels of land as shown on said Roll, providing for the <br /> issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance <br /> thereof. <br /> THE CITY 02 EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessments and assessment Roll of Local <br /> Improvement District No. 508 for the improvement of Colby Avenue <br /> from 23rd Street to Pacific Avenue by the removal of old wood <br /> block pavement and sand cushion, repairing old concrete base where <br /> necessary, construction of six-inch one-course Portland Cement <br /> concrete pavement, full width between curbs, installation of <br /> necessary drainage, repairing curbs and walks where necessary, <br /> making necessary water main changes and doing all of the work <br /> on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement <br /> under Ordinance No. 2518 of the City of Everett as the same now <br /> stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and con- <br /> firmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land <br /> or other property shown on said Roll is hereby declared to be <br />
