�*J ,00 ORDINANCE NO. • AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of the alley in Block 797 of Everett Land. Company' s First Addition to Everett, Snohomish: County, Washington, WHEREAS, on the llth day of June, 1931, a petition was filed with the City Clerk of Everett, Snohomish County, Waahington, pray.,- pray- ing for the vacation of that portion of the alley in Block 797 of Everett Land. Company's First Addition to Everett, hereinafter more fully described, and, WHEREAS, said petition was signed by the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon said portion of said alley sought to be vacated, and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did by Resolu- tion duly adopted, fix the 6th day of July, 1931, at 10;30 o'clock a. m, of said day as the date for hearing on said pat ition, and, WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing and determining said petition was duly given by the City Council of said City as required by law, and, gREAS, at the time and place set for said hearing on said petition, no person or persons appeared at said hearing or objected Vo the granting of said petition, and, WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said Council does hereby determine to vacate said portion of said alley. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section It That all that portion of the alley in Block seven hundred and ninety-seven (797) , Everett Land Company' s First Addi- tion to Everett, Snohomish County, lying between the` east line of Lots ten. (10) to sixteen (16), inclusive, and the west line of Lots seventeen (17 ) to twenty-three (U) inclusive, in said Block 797; said portion being limited on the north by the north line of Lot twenty-three (23) produced west, and on the south by the north line ;`
