C " I- <br /> V " A <br /> different from the kind specified on said pump or other device. <br /> It shall also be unlawful to use in the operation of said gasoline <br /> Station, any pump or other device that does not measure accurately <br /> the quantity of gasoline sold. It shall be the duty of the <br /> Commissioner of Safety to inspect or cause to be inspected, all <br /> Gasoline Stations in the City of Everett at least once every three <br /> months, to the end that the public shall receive full measure and <br /> shall not be sold a quality of gasoline inferior to that specified <br /> on the pump or other device." <br /> Section 3; That Section 78 of Ofdinance No. 2513 of the City <br /> of Everett be tmended so as to read as follows, to-wit: K"Section <br /> 78; Every person requiring a gasoline station license shall make <br /> application therefor to the City Clerk on a form to be furnished by <br /> that officer. The application shall cont ain the nane of the owner <br /> of the Gasoline Station, the location, the number of pumps or <br /> other devices in use and such other information as the City Council <br /> may deem necessary. The application shall be duly signed and sworn <br /> to. Before a Gasoline Sation License is issued, the City Coundil <br /> shall satisfy itself that all of the provisions of the ordinance <br /> relating to construction, maintenance and location of Gasoline <br /> an <br /> ?he and he storage of gasoline have been complied with. <br /> An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this <br /> take effect immediately nupo its passage And <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: June 2nd, 1931 <br /> Published: June 3rd, 1931 <br />
