<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ________ <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2023 revised City of Everett Budget and amending <br />Ordinance No. 3961-23. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The City Council has reviewed the amended budget appropriations and information which was made <br />available; and approves the appropriation of local, state, and federal funds and the increase or decrease <br />from previously approved programs within the 2023 Budget. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 3961-23 is hereby amended by the amendments shown on Attachment <br />A, which is incorporated by reference. The amendments shall be made to the 2023 Budget with a total <br />increased expenditure appropriation of $36,190,714. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br />corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener’s/clerical errors, <br />references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any internal references. <br /> <br />Section 3.
