Police Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />September 20, 2023 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Police Pension Board was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on September <br />20, 2023. Board Members Haugen, Neighbors, and Jorve were present. Members Franklin, <br />Neighbors, and Stonecipher were excused. Board Attorney David Hall, Marcy Hammer, Nick Biss <br />and Ana Mechler; Human Resources; and Rick Gray, Finance were also in attendance. <br />The minutes and the bills and pension rolls were not voted on due to lack of a quorum. <br />OTHER: <br />Benchmark study and allowances <br />Presented by Marcy Hammer, HR <br />Discussion ensued regarding the proposed allowances. <br />Discussion also ensued regarding general procedures for members regarding reimbursements. <br />The Board meeting adjourned at 9:26 a.m. <br />_____________________________ <br /> Marista Jorve, Board Secretary
