The proposal also removes a requirement <br />for buildings over twenty-five feet in height to have an additional setback of one foot for each <br />foot over twenty-five feet in height. <br />See attached staff memo for more information. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt Ordinance relating to maximum building heights for Schools, amending Chapters 19.04, <br />19.05, and 19.13 of the Everett Municipal Code. <br />Category 1: Public Information <br />
