Proposal <br />C. B. Structures shall be located a minimum of twenty- <br />five feet from adjacent residentially zoned properties. <br />Buildings over twenty-five feet in height shall have an <br />additional setback of one foot for each foot over twenty <br />five feet in height. <br />C. Schools may exceed the maximum building height in <br />Chapter 19.22 EMC when considered under an <br />administrative use permit or conditional use permit. <br />
