An errvimnmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW <br />4321C.030(2)(c) based on review of an environmental checklist for the non -project action. <br />This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) and the comment period will end on October 2, <br />2022. <br />Please contact the Planning Department (425) 257-8731 for the SEPA environmental cheddist. The <br />responsible official wiI reconsider the DNS based on timely comments and may retain, modify, or, <br />if significant adverse impacts are likely, withdraw the DNS.
