If no action is taken within 14 days of the date of this letter, the permit record(s) will be closed <br /> without approved final inspection and any work performed will be considered unpermitted work. <br /> After the permit has expired, work under the permit(s) will no longer be authorized unless <br /> extension is granted via inspection or permit extension request.
