Aircraft Early Warning Fire Detection Systems Job: 111137 <br />Fire Alarm System Submittal Manual Section 1 <br />SEQUENCE OF OPERATION <br />System Functions: <br />A. Alarm Conditions: <br />1. Activation of an "ALERT' level (low level smoke) alarm condition from the VESDA smoke <br />detector unit for the airplane position shall: <br />a. Illuminate the "ALERT" indicator on the VCP. <br />b. Illuminate the "SUPERVISORY" indicator on the MFAP. <br />c. Display proper point information on LCD display at MFAP. <br />d. Transmit a Trouble signal to ADT. <br />e. "Low Level Smoke" warning indicated on Vesda graphics WEB page with a yellow airplane <br />symbol indicated. <br />2. Activation of a "FIRE 1" level (high level smoke) alarm condition from the VESDA smoke <br />detector unit for the airplane position shall: <br />a. Illuminate the "FIRE 1" indicator on the VCP. <br />b. Cause local alarm horn/strobe to activate at the VCP. <br />c. Illuminate the "ALARM" indicator on the MFAP. <br />d. Display proper point information on LCD display at MFAP. <br />e. Transmit an Alarm signal to ADT. <br />f. "High Level Smoke" alarm indicated on Vesda graphics WEB page with a red airplane symbol <br />indicated. <br />g. Cause power shutdown to airplane position after a 60 second time delay. <br />3. Activation of the Manual Pull Station located on the front of the VCP shall: <br />a. Cause local alarm horn/strobe to activate at the VCP. <br />b. Illuminate the "ALARM" indicator on the MFAP. <br />c. Display proper point information on LCD display at MFAP. <br />d. Transmit an Alarm signal to ADT. <br />e. "Manual Station" alarm indicated on Vesda graphics WEB page with a red airplane symbol <br />indicated. <br />f. Cause immediate power shutdown to airplane position. <br />Seatronics, Inc.
