The drawings are not sufficient for us to have a clear idea of
what changed in the building. If some comments don't apply, please state that in the itemized response letter for the
applicable comments.
Addressing some of your below, a second kitchen is not allowed without approval from the Planning department. This
typically requires an ADU or second apartment to be created in the existing house; it is not typically allowed in an SFR. A
floor plan is required for this level regardless of the path to approve the second kitchen.
The pictures on Redfin (see selected photos below showing inside of new exterior doorway) show that the garage has
been converted to living space; this is not consistent with the City of Everett and Snohomish County records. Rewiring
has occurred per your comments and the photos. The heating system has also been extended to this area as seen in the
upper -left corner of the second photo. Based on this work and creating a second kitchen, the plumbing in anticipated to
also have been altered. It appears that portions of the upper level may have been modernized, including but not limited
to replacing plumbing fixtures. Based on the observed changes it is anticipated that other work has occurred that may
include structural modifications to the building. Full house plans are required at this point to permit all changes to the
building.
