We should have asked for this during plan review, but now we need it for inspection. We typically receive this as part of the permit submittal, and if we don't, we ask for it on a corrections letter. Also the concrete is designed as a 2500psi mix but specified as 3000psi for qualiry, since it is designed as 2500psi there are no special inspections rnquired tor the concrete (refemnce sheet S1Z "Table of Mix Design Requirements" note 9). In reading over the structural drawings, there are references to special inspections in the general notes that are not applicable to this project: structural steel, metal roof deck, etc. On the other hand, the concrete strength is over 2500 psi, and would require a special inspection, per IBC section 1704.4.
