Our site explorations indicate subsurface conditions at the dates and locations indicated. It is not warranted that these conditions are representative of conditions at other locations and times. The analyses, conclusions, and recommendations contained in this report are based on site conditions to the limited depth and time of our explorations, a geological reconnaissance of the area, and a review of previously published USGS geological information for the site. If variations in subsurface conditions are encountered during construction that differs from those contained within this report, GTS should be allowed to review the recommendations and, if necessary, make revisions. If there is a substantial lapse of time between submission of this report and the start of construction, or if conditions change due to construction operations at or adjacent to the project site, we recommend that we review this report to determine the applicability of the conclusions and recommendations contained herein.
