In order for the <br />Planning Department to approve the permit, please submit the following: <br />1. The dimensions of the addition of the site plan and floor plans do not match. On the site plan, the porch is <br />shown in line with the reading room 112' from the house), but on the floor plan it is shown extending an <br />additional 3' beyond the reading room addition. Please accurately show the proposed porch on the site plan <br />and call out the setback of the porch from the west property line. <br />2. Please also show the outline of the proposed second story deck on the site plan so I can verify the 10' west side <br />setback is met (this can be shown as a dashed line). <br />3. Please also note the length of the eaves on the site plan. Eaves shall not encroach more than IS" into required <br />setback areas. <br />4. Provide the exterior building dimensions of the existing residence and make sure they building dimensions and <br />setback dimensions add up to the lot width and depth. <br />The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page.
