RESOLUTION No. 6989 <br /> J <br /> A "Imma <br /> Resolution declaring the listed vehicle surplus and authorizing the :` <br /> disposition. <br /> Whereas,the City has a 2009 Toyota Prius (P0317) in its fleet; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced vehicle is no longer of value or use to <br /> the City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for <br /> surplusing or disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance <br /> 2963-06 a public auction is the disposition method that best meets the <br /> City's interests; and <br /> Whereas, the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the <br /> estimated value of the surplus property and has recommended surplusing <br /> the above-referenced vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of <br /> the City of Everett: <br /> 1. The 2009 Toyota Prius (P0317) is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
