I am sincerely sorry for this conflicting information. The planner I spoke <br />with yesterday is our historic planner Alex Byrd, who was also the <br />planner reviewing the associated building permit B2112-052. She should <br />have been copied on the email instead of the general planning email <br />and I apologize for this discrepancy. I have attached my original <br />correspondence with Alex to this email for reference. <br />Since this property is within the historic overlay, she is going to be the <br />best resource for what is allowable.
