Equipment procurement and installation <br />wi ll be through King County Directors Association (KCDA) Cooperative. <br />The City was awarded a $50,000 reimbursable grant through partner organization LISC to fund <br />th ese improvements. <br />Pr <br /> oject summary statement: <br />Th is project will add new shade structure and site furnishings to Walter E. Hall Park. These amenities will provide opportunities for Everett residents and visitors to gather and enjoy a <br />picnic area at the park. These additions are supported by the Walter E. Hall Park Master Plan <br />as well as partners within the community. <br />Th e anticipated start of construction is Spring/Summer 2024. <br />Re commendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />A dopt an Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled “Walter E. Hall <br />Community Amenities”, Fund 354, Program 092, to accumulate all costs for the project.
