ORDINANCE NO. ___________ <br />An ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled “Everett Main Library HVAC <br />Replacement Project”, Fund 342, Program 034, as established by Ordinance No. 3875-22 <br />WHEREAS, <br />A.The City Council recognizes the need to maintain City facilities. <br />B.The City Council has recognized the need to replace the HVAC system at the Everett Main Library <br />located at 2702 Hoyt Avenue. <br />C.The City council recognizes that the service provider did not meet the agreed upon service <br />requirements established by the investment grade audit agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. That the fund entitled “Everett Main Library HVAC Replacement Project”, Fund 342, Program <br />034, as established by Ordinance No. 3875-22, be closed. <br />Section 2. <br />A. Source of Funds <br />CIP 1 $88,000 <br />Total Project Cost $88,000 <br />B. Expenses <br /> Transfer out to CIP 1 $88,000 <br />Total Remaining $88,000 <br />Section 3. That the remaining balance of $88,000 be transferred to CIP 1. <br />Section 4. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br />corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener’s/clerical errors, <br />references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any internal references. <br />Section 5. The City Council hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or
