<br />Page 14 of 36 <br /> <br />• Walter E Hall Golf Course Restaurant: The full-service restaurant at Walter E Hall Golf Course has a <br />seating capacity of 32 in the restaurant and patio seating of up to 16 people. Photos in Appendix B, <br />Item 12. Additional amenities include: <br />o Walk in refrigerator and freezer <br />o Hot dog roaster <br />o Fryer <br />o Beverage cooler <br /> <br /> Kasch Sports Fields: <br /> <br />• Kasch Park is a muti-sport complex serving both youth and adults and located adjacent to Boeing just <br />off of the 526 West Freeway. It is home to a four-field baseball/softball complex with concession area <br />and restrooms which hosts adult softball, youth fastpitch, and youth baseball tournaments and <br />leagues with 300’ fences. There is also a separate larger baseball field that can accommodate U10 <br />through adult games with 325’ fences down the left and rightfield lines and 350’ fence in straightaway <br />center. There is also a large grass field that can be used for most athletic endeavors. An upgrade <br />several years ago added synthetic turf to its three multi-sport fields which can be used for soccer, <br />lacrosse, flag football, and ultimate disc. In addition to the athletic fields, the park has a children’s <br />playground, picnic shelter, public restrooms, and over 450 parking stalls. Photos are in Appendix B, <br />Item 13. <br /> <br /> Madison Morgan Caretaker House (to be updated and completed by Spring/Summer 2024): <br /> <br />• The home at Madison Morgan Park sits on a 17,245 sf lot surrounded on three sides by the recently <br />updated neighborhood park. Enjoy the parklike setting that surrounds you while not having a single <br />neighbor that borders this property. The lot is fenced on all three sides with a newer 6’ wood fence <br />for complete privacy. There are two driveway access points for easy entrance and exit of the property <br />along with plenty of parking onsite. There is a RV parking spot to the west of home. The lot is fully <br />landscaped including a very large, kid and pet friendly backyard. The soon-to-be updated 1,702 sf <br />home was originally built in 1938 and enlarged/remodeled in the 1950’s and features 1 bedroom and <br />two bathrooms. The spacious front living room has nice views of the park. The washer and dryer are <br />centrally located. Once remodeled and refreshed, the home will be a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home <br />that is completely updated. Photos in Appendix B, Item 14. <br />2.5 CONTRACT TRANSITION <br />In the event of a follow-on contract award to another supplier, the Proposer shall ensure a cooperative <br />and smooth transition to a new contract provider and shall provide all records, status reports and <br />contract files as agreed with the provided notice of termination. <br /> <br />
