1. INTRODUCTION The Port Gardner Landing (PGL) project is located at the former location of the Weyerhaeuser building on 1710 West Marine View Drive, Everett Washington 98021. Refer to the vicinity map, Figure 1-1 below. The project involves construction of two commercial buildings, for a total 5,000 square feet, and associated site improvements.
