7.1. MR #1 — Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br />This report follows the requirements defined in the SWMMVWU manual. Stormwater plans have been <br />prepared and included in Appendix A. <br />7.2. MR #2 — Construction stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br />A SWPPP is included in Appendix B of this report. <br />7.3. MR #4 — Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls <br />The site is part of a highly developed basin. A new conveyance system will be constructed as part of the <br />site development to address the revised site grading and treat on -site runoff. The current discharge <br />location will be maintained. The conveyance system discharges to two outfalls; one is located behind <br />Lombardi's restaurant and the other located on Guest Dock 2 in the Port of Everett Marina. <br />7.5. MR #5 — On -Site Stormwater Management <br />Per List #3 located in Table 1-3.2 of the SWMMWW manual, post -construction soil and depth BMP <br />T.5.13 is proposed to provide stormwater management for the pervious landscaped areas. <br />
