Proposed Construction Activities (1.2) Description of site development: New 5,000 commercial buildings with drive through and parking with other site improvements including landscaping and utility work. Description of construction activities : Site preparation, demolition of exisiting pavement and utilites, grading, paving, and construction of two new commercial buildings. Description of site drainage including flow from and onto adjacent properties. Must be consistent with Site Map in Appendix A: The site contains multiple existing drainage subbasins: Al drains northwest off of the site, while A2, A3, A4, and A5 drain to inlets on the site. All existing catch basins connect to a conveyance system that drains to the north of the site.
