ORDINANCE NO. 2520 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 507 for the improve- ment of the alley in Block 657, Swaiwel l' s Second Add it ion t o Everet t north of Hewitt Avenue between Cedar and Fulton by the installation of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2515 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll and providing for the issuance of bonds there- for. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessments and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 507 of the City of Everett for the improve- ment of the alley in Block 657, Swaiwell' s Second Addition to Everett north of Hewitt Avenue between Cedar and Fulton by the installation of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2515 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing on said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the sane thereon. Section 3: That the 1st day of June 1931, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said assessment .
