POOL TABLES, BILLIARD TABLES, PIGEON=HOLE TABLES, CARD <br /> TABLES, TEN-PIN ALLEYS, BOX BALL AND BOWLING ALLEYS <br /> Section/1/ ghat no person, firm, corporation, or other as- <br /> sociation of persons, shall own, keep, operate, or manage in any <br /> public resort, or in any other place, except in private homes, within <br /> the City of Lverett, any ppol table, billiard table, pigeon-hole table, <br /> card table, ten pin alley, or box ball or bowling alley, or any stand <br /> or fixture upon which or wherein any game of any kind is played or <br /> carried on in any manner in any public resort or any public places <br /> except in private homes. <br /> OecticW .she license fee to be charged by said City for <br /> . keeping billiard tables, pool tables, pigeon-hole tables is hereby <br /> fixed at the sum of 415.00 per year for each table, and for keeping <br /> ten-pin alleys, or box ball or bowling alleys, is hereby fixed at <br /> the sum of y10.00 per year for each ten-pin or box ball or bowwlirg <br /> alley, provided, however, that when a person, firm or corporation <br /> or any other association of persons shall keep in the same room more <br /> than one such table or shall keep in the same room one or more such <br /> tenpin or box ball or bowling alleys, that the annual license fee <br /> shall be 415.00 for one such table and v10.00 for each additional <br /> table, and v10.00 for one such alley and y b.00 for each additional <br /> alley. the license fee to be charged by said city for each card table <br /> is hereby fixed at the sum of y10.00 per year for each table, provided, <br /> however, that when a person, firm, corporation or other association <br /> of persons shall keep in the same room more than one such table, that <br /> the annual license fee shall be 410.00 for one such table and 45.00 <br /> for each additional table . <br /> J <br />
