Sectidn /✓ No person shall act as auctioneer of jewelry, gold, silver or plated ware , precious stones, watches, clocks, books, brie-a- brac, rugp, clothing, china, porcelain, crockery, glassware, art goods, linens, laces, or leather goods for a period of over thirty (30) days in any one year. ' Secti crh 1..,,,,� No Auctioneer shall misrepresent the quality, kind or � value of any article at any auction sale, and any statements, oral or written, regarding the same shall be considered as warranties. Section, No auction shall be held between the hours of six o' clock in the evening and eight o' clock the following morning and none of the above mentioned articles shall be given away, disposed of or of- fered to any person as a gift, premium, bonus or inducement to purchase any other article or commodity. Sectioya' G: No person shall act as a byre bidder, or what is com- monly known as "capper", a "booster", or a"schiller" at any auction or offer or make any false bid to buy or pretend to buy any such article sold or offered for sale at any public auction sa .e. Section,/111m1;Ir No' such license shall authorize the sale of prie packages or the distribution of any article or thing in any form by chance or lot. Sectio,u/ll_; No auctioneer shall ring any bell, blow any horn, or use any noisy instrument, or cause any such things to be done for the purpose of giving notice of any public sale or auction.
