• <br /> • <br /> ' 0 ' <br /> • V7: <br /> having paid to such employment agent or employment office a fee or <br /> charge for the securing of any employment, shall be entitled to a return <br /> of the amount so paid by him in any case where such employment thus promis- <br /> ed or agreed to be furnished shall not be secured by reason of any such <br /> misrepresentation. Each applicant for employment shall in order to <br /> obtain the return of such fee or charge report to said employment <br /> office without unreasonable delay and present his receipt for such <br /> charge together with proof that he has applied in person at the place <br /> to which he was directed and did not secure the poetion for which <br /> payment was made. It shall thereupon be the duty of the person con- <br /> ducting such employment office to return such fee or charge on demand. <br />
