ORDINANCE NO. 2512 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess- ment roll of Local. Improvement District No, 506 for the improvement of the alley between Rucker and Grand from Pacific to 32nd Street by grading and construction of a six-inch one course Portland cement con- crete pavement, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2507 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said. roll and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 506 of the City of Everett for the improvement of the alley between Rucker and grand from Pacific to 32nd street by grading and construction of a aix-inch one course Portland cement concrete pavement, ' and doing all of the work necessary to make a com- plete improvement under Ordinance No. 2507 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and c anfirmed, Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefit tad by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in propor- tion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and t1a re is hereby levied an assessment against each lot , tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the 16th day of February 1931, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: The City of Everett may sell said bonds and make =payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said City.
