- 410- A 40101 A 4 ORDINANCE NO. 2510 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll Of Local Improvement District No. 505 for the improvement of the west side of Broadv,ay Avenue from the Great Northern viaduct north to California Street, by the removal and replacement of old curb and walk where settled and construction of new, two course, concrete walk extending to property line and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2504 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 505 'of the City of Everett for the improve- ment of the west side of Broadway Avenue from the Great Northern viaduct north to California Street , by the removal of and replacement of old curb and walk where settled and construction of new, two cour2e, concrete valk extending to property line and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2504 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown cin said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing, on said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3. That the 22r4day of December 1930, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required •
